Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, activating a radio, or otherwise using Sirio Radio XM website, app or hardware (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an Sirio Radio XM account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions

Sirio Radio XM offers Essential, Plus and Premium subscription plans, each providing access to a different set of channels and features as described on our Plans page. Plan features and pricing may be updated from time to time, and we will provide notice of material changes.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file. You authorize Sirio Radio XM to charge that payment method until you cancel your subscription. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, channel programming and software associated with Sirio Radio XM are owned by Sirio Radio XM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

Service Availability

Sirio Radio XM strives to provide reliable coverage and consistent service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Signal availability may be affected by geography, terrain, hardware condition and other factors outside our control.

Third-Party Services

The Service may include or link to features provided by third parties, such as vehicle integration partners or payment processors. Sirio Radio XM is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sirio Radio XM does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirio Radio XM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
